New Anthology Submission Newsletter

There is now a newsletter for anthology submissions (so when I have a new one open, whether for sales, for charity, or for Bookfunnel!) I'll email with the submission information. I was trying to think of a good way to keep people up to date in case they want to do future anthologies I run (or co-run) but might otherwise miss the sign-up information!
